Get the Full StoryCheck out the fifth episode of Embedded for UFC 220. UFC 220 is almost here, and as usual, Embedded is here as well. The show that gives you an inside look at the marquee contestants on PPVs has issued the fifth episode for this weekend s big show in Boston, and it serves as a brief introduction to the fighters at the top of the card.

Stipe Miocic gets in a workout. His coach talks about wearing shirts that Stipe really hates to motivate him. Volkan Oezdemir gets in a light workout focusing on movements and his coaches talk about how well-rounded he is.

Francis Ngannou meets up with NBA player and fellow Cameroonian Joel Embiid. Ngannou says he s never fought someone taller than him, and Embiid says he could kick Ngannou s ass with a laugh.

It s time for Ultimate Media Day at Fenway Park. Daniel Cormier talks about being able to beat Oezdemir three ways - KO, sub, or decision - while Volkan can only win one way, by knockout. Oezdemir says Cormier has to be perfect for five rounds, because he only needs one punch. Cormier, Miocic, and Gian Villante all goof around a bit about losing their hair.

Face-offs now. Cormier and Oezdemir talk a little trash. Miocic and Ngannou say nothing. Afterward, Oezdemir says Cormier looks like a zombie, and apparently it got to him because he had to ask him later why he called him that. Cormier says that Volkan is heavier than him at the moment and jokingly challenges him to a push-up contest. Volkan s camp razzes DC, who calls them f--king cheerleaders . All in good fun. Or is it?
