First, flatten two pieces of sandwich bread using a rolling pin:

Then, place your fillings in the center:

Pro tip: Spread thicker ingredients like peanut butter on both sides of the bread as a barrier. This will keep the more liquid-based ingredients like jelly from soaking through the bread when it thaws.

Place the other slice on top and cut into a circle using a glass or large cookie cutter:

Crimp the edges using a fork and transfer them into baggies:

INGREDIENTS

2 slices of soft whole wheat bread

2 tablespoons peanut butter

1 tablespoon grape jelly

Using a rolling pin, flatten both pieces of bread. Spread peanut butter in the center of both slices of bread. Spread grape jelly on top of peanut butter and sandwich the pieces of bread together. Cut into a circle using a small cup and crimp the edges using a fork.
