Reyes threw a bevy of kicks and backed OSP up in the opening minute. Saint Preux opted to switch to orthodox against his fellow southpaw Reyes. The Devastator was busy with his strikes in the early stages, whereas OSP was more willing to take his time. Multiple Saint Preux takedowns were stuffed, as Reyes showed off his wrestling abilities. Reyes slammed home several elbows against the side of OSP s head before Reyes finally got taken down, but Reyes was able to quickly stand up again. Multiple power punches had Reyes rocked against the fence. Reyes showed some patience, then charged forward with a body kick and more head shots. It was a one-sided first-round in Reyes favor, and Saint Preux took a ton of damage without going down.

OSP continued to fight out of orthodox in round two. A straight left jacked OSP s head backwards in the center of the cage. Reyes denied OSP another takedown after landing a knee. In fact, Reyes tried taking OSP down, but the former Tennessee college football player stayed upright and they returned to the center. A much slower-paced second-round but still one in Reyes favor, as Saint Preux was bleeding across his face.

Reyes output had waned after a fast first five minutes, but he was by far the more effective striker. OSP nearly caught Reyes with a head kick, as it just whizzed over the top of his head. After connecting on a left hand, OSP charged forward going for another takedown, but Reyes balance was impressive and he had OSP against the fence. Saint Preux started to up his volume, but an enormous elbow further bloodied OSP s forehead. Literally at the last second, Reyes wrecked Saint Preux with an enormous left hand and he was flat on his back. After much confusion, the fight was ruled a decision.

Official result: Dominick Reyes def. Ovince Saint Preux by unanimous decision 30-27 x3
