The Irishman continues to regard himself as a two-weight world champion, even after both the lightweight and featherweight belts were taken away from him due to his inability to defend either one.
He does hold the record of having the fastest knockout in a UFC title fight with his 13-second win over Jose Aldo at UFC 194 in late 2015.
McGregor has not picked up a win since 2016, when he defeated Eddie Alvarez to become the UFC lightweight champion. He last saw action at UFC 229 in October, where he was forced to submission by Khabib Nurmagomedov in the fourth round of their main event title fight.
