Dax Shepard Told Gwyneth Paltrow He Wants to Be "Very Pro Sex" When Raising His Girls

Get the Full StoryDax Shepard - the lovable 44-year-old dad and father of two daughters - recently opened up about being a sex-positive parent while chatting with Gwyneth Paltrow on his podcast Armchair Expert. After discussing how he lost his virginity while listening to the song "Love My Way" by The Psychedelic Furs in seventh grade, he opened up about how he plans to approach the matter with his girls, Delta and Lincoln.

"It's funny because I tell myself I have a narrative I'm spinning about how I'm going to be as a father of two daughters with some awareness that it is a theory," he said. "Currently, I'm of the opinion, I'm super pro sex. I am anti having sex to get approval. I am anti having sex to get someone to like you or to gain status in a social circle, but if my daughters are horny and they have decided they want to have sex, I am very pro sex."

This isn't the first time Dax and his wife Kristen Bell have been candid about how they talk to their children about sex. In February, the pair went on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and explained how they've already "went through the anatomy" with Lincoln and Delta and even told the girls about "the good part" before Lincoln got bored. Kudos to them for getting ahead of the tough conversation!
