Cardi B Comes For Jermaine Dupri After He Slams Female Rappers As Stripper Rapping

Make Jermaine come correct, Cardi!The ex-Mr. Janet Jackson recently decided to talk shit about current day female rappers while he also basically took credit for female rappers even existing. While appearing on People Now, Jermaine told us what he thinks about women in the rap industry. He cited raptress Da Brat as the OG female rapper and someone who paved the way for today s girls to sell a lot of records. But not just Da Brat pay attention for Jermaine s not at all subtle pat on the back:
Brat was the first female artist to go platinum, so we together broke the mold and since then female rappers have been able to sustain and sell a lot of records, more records than guys, but before Brat that wasn t happening.

People obviously saw their chance to stir the pot, so Jermaine was asked about today s rap queens, Cardi and Nicki Minaj as well as founder of Hot Girl Summer, Megan Thee Stallion. He said they were nothing special:

Okay guys I have seen a lot of people saying nowadays female rappers only talk about their pussy and now that Jermaine Dupri brought it up I m going to say something. First of all, I rap about my pussy because she s my best friend and second of all it s because it seems like that s what people want to hear When I did Be Careful people was talking mad shit in the beginning like What the fuck is this? This is not what I was expecting. It s like if that s what people ain t trying to hear then I m going to start rapping about my pussy again There are a lot of female rappers who rap their asses off who don t talk about their pussy and y all don t support them. So don t blame that on us when y all not the ones who are supporting them.
Cardi also tagged some of those exact women who don t rap about their vajayjays , citing: Rapsody, Tierra Whack, Oranicuhh and Kamaiyah. Cardi continued:
I feel we need to put these girls in more magazines and blogs. Radio DJs play these girls These girls can rap they asses off and they don t rap about their vaginas and sucking dick.
