Usher Wants A Judge To Fine One Of The People Accusing Him Of Giving Them Herpes

Get the Full StoryUsher is taking some legal action of his own against one of the people accusing him of giving them herpes. During a recent deposition in the case of Usher being sued for allegedly being fast and loose with his peen-maintenance one of Usher s accusers refused to answer questions and now Usher is saying she needs to be fined and he can come to collect the 2,500 he s owed at the court s earliest convenience.

The Blast says that Usher is coming for Jane Doe s pocket book. Usher is currently being accused by a couple of people of giving them herpes. Most recently one of his accusers, Laura Helm, ended her legal pursuit of Usher and the lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice, meaning that Laura will not be able to bring this up legally ever again. But not before they reached an amicable resolution which probably involved a check and Usher handing it to Laura.

Usher is now reaching out to one of his 2017 accusers still only referred to as Jane Doe. During a recent deposition, Jane Doe and her legal team basically stone-walled Usher s people and he wants her to be held accountable. She allegedly didn t answer questions about the allegations they had sex and she got herpes from him and her lawyer repeatedly instructed her client to remain quiet in an effort to protect her privacy.

Usher says these refusals to answer questions were based on two objections, both of which are so frivolous as to be sanctionable, and so he wants exactly that and has asked a Los Angeles judge to reward him 2,500 in sanctions against Jane Doe.

This could be good news for Usher since someone refusing to answer questions in a legal setting is never a good sign, but he does still also have to deal with two more legal cases from an unidentified man, John Doe, and Quantasia Sharpton who both also came forward in 2017. If I was them I would just try to get a pay out and be on my way, like Laura. Why sue for getting Usher-brand- Gotta let it burn -herpes if you are going to end up being the one paying fines? Not worth it.
