Bam Margera Never Went To Rehab And Got Arrested For Being Drunk At A Hotel
Get the Full StoryLast week, Bam Margera was kicked off a flight for being drunk. A quick peek at his Instagram account showed that he was spending most of his time hurling insults at his mother, April Margera, and his wife, Nikki Margera. Bam also used some of his time on Instagram to ask Dr. Phil for help. If you saw the name Dr. Phil and assumed it was going to get worse before it got better, you d be correct. Because things are worse.Dr. Phil decided to exploit help Bam Margera face some of his demons, and it was revealed that Dr. Phil was giving him his own episode on Dr. Phil, which came with an offer to send him to rehab on Dr. Phil s dime. The Blast claimed last Monday that Bam had some one-on-one time with Dr. Phil, and that Bam had agreed to got to rehab at the end of their talk. So Bam packed up his favorite beanies and was off to rehab, right? Not exactly. The Blast is now reporting that Bam never went anywhere but further into rock bottom.
39-year-old Bam was arrested at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Los Angeles last night. Police were called after an allegedly very drunk Bam showed up to the front desk and asked for a room. The employee working the check-in desk informed Bam that there were no rooms available. That wasn t sufficient for Bam, and he allegedly refused to leave unless someone got him a room. Bam, it s called Trivago, look it up.
A hotel employee called the police, who found Bam in the lobby, where they arrested him for misdemeanor trespassing. He was held on 1000 bail, and was locked up by the LAPD until he sobered up. TMZ has video of Bam s arrest, and he spends a lot of time sitting on the floor, refusing to leave.
I took a quick peek at Bam s Instagram account, and some of his recent decisions tell me it s going to take more than a night in jail to flush everything out. For example, Bam recently got a tattoo in honor of Dr. Phil from Kat Von D s tattoo studio.

According to The Blast, Bam had allegedly agreed to get treatment for substance abuse and mental health in a live-in facility. Bam must not have realized that when someone hooks you up with a rehab stay, a big part of it is to literally stay there. So what happened? A&E s Intervention seems to have it figured out; when someone says they ll go to rehab, they ve got the van waiting outside. What s the situation over at the Dr. Phil show? Did Dr. Phil corner Bam in the green room and ask if Bam could take a peek at his schedule and circle a date that works? Which I assume Bam responded to by saying, Yeah, any day is good, but ideally some time after I get drunk and get arrested for being a mess in a hotel lobby. And Dr. Phil was like Hey, whenever you re ready, champ! Just let me know when you re out of jail so I can get the camera crews ready!
