Uber said it would use Slack across its entire workforce of 38,000 employees, Business Insider's Paayal Zaveri reported Friday.

Slack jumped as much as 8 in early trading Friday.

It's the second large account Slack has won recently: IBM said February 10 that it would roll out the workplace chat-app to all 350,000 employees globally.
