Influencer Arielle Charnas, Who Claims She Got Coronavirus, Is Sorry For Not Staying In Quarantine

Get the Full StoryArielle Charnas, who was known to many as WHO?! is a fashion influencer with over a million followers, and is now known as a certified coronaidiot. Arielle said she test positive for coronavirus, and instead of self-isolating to not spread the virus, she and her husband, Brandon Charnas, took their kids and the nanny to the Hamptons. Many dragged her for doing that while others have let out a hmmmm after going over this saga with a Detective La Toya brand magnifying glass.

On March 16, Arielle complained to her followers about having a sore throat and fever, and after her followers told her she should be tested for COVID-19, she acted like she didn t want to do that because she didn t meet the qualifications. But then she tagged her doctor friend, Dr. Jake Deutsch, who runs an urgent care facility on the Upper West Side in Manhattan. Dr. Jake offered to test her and she took him up on that offer. The internet thought that was bullshit since hospital employees who are exposed to coronavirus can t get tested but these rich folk just seem to hop down to the local Elite-Mart and pick up a pack of six. On March 18, she apologized for this bad look and wrote about how she tested positive and was so sick:

Then, Arielle left her apartment in NYC, the most infected area of the United States, and went to the Hamptons; thus potentially exposing lots of people to the virus she claimed she had. Arielle claimed that the nanny was sick too but didn t say the nanny got tested , which is why she was in quarantine with them and later went to the Hamptons with them. Arielle also claimed that her husband got sick.

While in the Hamptons, Arielle continued to post TikToks and Instagrams as normal including brand promotion. She posted this mess of a picture while tagging Shopbop. Get that CORONA LOOK while possibly infecting your child !

The negative reactions came quick and death threats allegedly ensued. People even reached out to Nordstrom since Arielle had done a collaboration with them in the past. Nordstrom let us know they aren t together anymore:

Hello. Our partnership with Arielle Charnas ended in 2019, and we have no foreseeable collaborations. Thank you.

Brand-damage is a no-no, so Arielle posted several apologies, a written one and also an Instagram Story where she said:

Just wanted to come on here and say I m sorry. Um, I never in a million years wanted to hurt anyone and, um, we re not bad people I m sorry for anyone I ve offended or hurt over the last couple of weeks We re just trying to navigate through this difficult time as I m sure so many people are. And, um, I m just sorry I let down my community in any way We ve been receiving horrible threats and I just felt like it was time for me to share my truth, which I did every effort to do the right thing through this process I hope you all can see that despite the mistakes I made Anyway I m thinking of you all and I hope everyone stays safe and healthy.

But wait! This might be a hoax for attention. Writer, Sophie Ross, compiled a lengthy Twitter thread detailing Arielle s journey, noting some suspect bits of info. Like how they got Wi-Fi installed in the Hamptons by a person, thus also exposing that person. The house in the Hamptons is also a rental, so she s contaminating somebody else s house. The thread is long and thorough, so read it all if you want:

I don t know if Arielle is lying about having COVID-19 or if she s just a careless shit head, but she s definitely a dumbass either way. Note to influencers: If you re thinking about how to use this deadly virus to get attention, just lick a toilet!
