According to Men s Health, in addition to working on his fitness, JCVD recently spent some time filming a music video for a song called Ultrar ve by French EDM duo AaRON. The Muscles from Brussels dusted off some of his best discotheque noodle dancing to show us Americans how it s done in the Old White World because let me tell you, if this music came on in the club I wouldn t know what to do besides take a nap.

According to Men s Health:

The actor, who turns 60 later this year, shows off a series of his iconic martial arts poses, as well as some supreme dad-level interpretive dance moves, in front of the car and later on a beach. As the video progresses, Van Damme discards his shirt to reveal that his arms are as jacked now as they were back when he starred in films like Bloodsport, Universal Soldier and Kickboxer.

Jean-Claude came back to us to tell us how much this song meant to him, the duo said in a statement. He offered to film the video himself in Los Angeles in an unprecedented setting, calling on his daughter Bianca to direct. The ultra dream has become the ultra reality.'
