Yesterday, it was reported by Russian website Sport Express h t MMA Junkie.com that reigning UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov had turned down a 15 million rematch with Conor McGregor.

That s according to Khabib s uncle, Alex Nurmagomedov, who claims that The Eagle wants to defend his lightweight title against Tony Ferguson and then retire for good.

From the start, they offered him 15 million if he agrees, Alex Nurmagomedov said. But Khabib said no. Let Conor stand in line, let him fight with others. Khabib wants to fight Ferguson, and then finish his career.

Shortly after the report was published, UFC president Dana White blasted the story as number 1 bullshit on his Instagram.

We re good. We worked it out. We re gonna get everything worked out. Obviously, he was a little upset, he was a little fired up. We ll get it all worked out, White said.
