Bradley Cooper And Irina Shayk Will Share Their Daughter Without A Custody Agreement

Get the Full StoryBased solely on that picture of Bradley Cooper looking like the definition of unpleasant at Wimbledon three years ago, I would assume that Bradley Cooper maybe isn t the most easy going guy when he splits up with someone. I m sure Jennifer Esposito is nodding in agreement somewhere. But while Bradley may seem at least to me like someone who would dramatically hiss at Irina Shayk, MY daughter will see you every third Sunday, it s probably not like that. According to TMZ, Bradley and Irina are playing super-nice when it comes to their 2-year-old daughter.

Bradley and Irina officially called it quits last month after four years together, and they share a daughter, Lea De Seine. Bradley and Irina were possibly engaged, but not married, which means there was no prenup that detailed any future custody agreements. But sources say they re not going to fight over Lea. Both Bradley and Irina live in New York City, and they ve reportedly agreed to a 50 50 split. Both will have shared legal and physical custody.

But according to those sources, that s just what Bradley and Irina came up with on their own. There s no formal contract or legal documents that hold them to their custody agreement. They don t even technically have to stick to it. TSources say that depending on what each other s work load looks like for the month, it might not be a perfectly equal split. So even though Bradley is allegedly the kind of workaholic that neglected his relationship until it died like an unwatered Chia Pet, he s apparently very committed to making things work for his kid.

The only kink that could ruin their perfect custody agreement would be if Bradley moved back to Los Angeles. He s got a house there, and who knows? Maybe it s not long before he misses the way the sun gives him those natural face-framing gold highlights, and the way the salt water from the ocean creates such natural, effortless waves.
