Yes, Thunderbolts has become the latest Marvel production to be forced to halt due to the impact of the WGA Strike, following on from both Blade and Wonder Man. While Captain America: New World Order is shooting, Deadpool 3 which likewise just entered production is actually set to launch Phase Six when it releases in November 2024. So with Thunderbolts and Blade due in July and September next year respectively, they are running out of time to get going before they cause the entire Multiverse Saga schedule to fall like dominoes. To be clear, I m not blaming the striking writers. Hurry up and pay them properly, Hollywood!
