When Mims spotted a news crew as he was escorted from the airplane to a police car, he smiled and began the dance challenge, making a heart with his hands and mock driving a car.

Mims has been accused of killing two men at a park in Benton Harbor, Michigan, on March 25.

He was arrested at his home in Atlanta, Georgia, on July 31, without bail.
